• Und das ist was ich tue – Ich lebe meinen Traum – Die Selbstständigkeit in der Gastronomie. Menschen mit leckeren kreativen Produkten glücklich zu machen.

Ich bin Tobias, 35. Meine Leidenschaft fürs Kochen begann schon mit 3 Jahren. Nach zahlreichen Praktika, die Ausbildung zum Koch und Barkeeper wollte ich mich stets weiter entwickeln. So habe ich der Gastronomie erstmal den Rücken gekehrt und in einem Technischen Beruf als Techniker für Kassensysteme eingestiegen. Auch ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Gastronomie. Hier Bedarf es meist Fingerspitzengefühl da jede Gastronomie verschiedene Anforderungen hat.
